The obstacles faced by farmers can come from internal and external sources. One external factor is environmental stress in the form of nutrient stress that affects growth. Efforts to increase tomato production can be done by using Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi biofertilizers. Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi can increase plant growth at low soil fertility levels. The purpose of this research was to test the effect of applying several doses of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi, as well as the best dose on the growth and yield of tomato plants. This research was conducted in the Integrated Farming System Area, Curug, Curug District, Serang City, Banten Province from March to June. This research used a Randomized Block Design consisting of a single factor, namely the dose of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and 4 replications. The doses used were 0 g/plant (control), 5 g/plant, 10 g/plant, 15 g/plant, 20 g/plant, and 25 g/plant. The results of the research showed that the application of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi doses did not show a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, flower emergence time, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant and root length.
