Pengembangan aplikasi perlu memperhatikan usability sebagai penentu keberhasilan dalam membantu pengguna melakukan navigasi. Pengujian usability dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi yang dibuat dapat bermanfaat bagi pengguna. Pengujian dilakukan pada aplikasi ARNav yang terbagi menjadi tiga kategori, yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Mendapatkan nilai usability sebesar 85,1%. Pembuatan ARNav berhasil dilakukan menggunakan Unity, pembuatan peta 3D menggunakan Blender dan lokasi awal pengguna ditentukan menggunakan QR-Code.
