Curah hujan yang rendah selama musim kemarau dapat menyebabkan polutan di ruang udara Jakarta khususnya konsentrasi PM2.5 akan semakin menumpuk, sehingga dapat memperburuk kualitas udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh curah hujan terhadap konsentrasi PM2.5 selama musim kemarau dan menganalisis curah hujan yang dihasilkan melalui intervensi Teknologi Modifikasi Cuaca (TMC) di Jakarta. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS dengan data curah hujan dari BMKG dan konsentrasi PM2.5 dari KLHK dengan jangka waktu dari bulan Januari – Oktober 2023 di Jakarta serta analisis data curah hujan GSMaP tanggal 6 - 23 Agustus 2023 (sebelum pelaksanaan TMC) dan 24 Agustus – 10 September 2023 (saat pelaksaaan TMC) menggunakan GrADS untuk mengetahui peta sebaran curah hujan di daerah semai (Jabodetabek). Hasil penelitian menujukkan terdapat pengaruh antara variabel bebas yaitu curah hujan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu konsentrasi PM2.5 sebesar 6.3%. Sedangkan 93.7% merupakan faktor/parameter lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Selama pelaksanaan TMC, terjadi peningkatan curah hujan terutama wilayah DKI Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi dengan pola sebaran curah hujan yang cukup merata, dimana sebelum pelaksanaan TMC tidak teramati adanya curah hujan terutama di wilayah DKI Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi dan terindikasi bahwa hujan hasil TMC efektif menurunkan indeks polutan. abstract: Currently, the issue of air pollution is one of the pressing challenges in Indonesia, especially in the Jakarta area. Low rainfall during the dry season can cause pollutants in Jakarta's air space, especially PM2.5 concentrations, to increasingly accumulate, thereby worsening air quality. This research aims to analyze the effect of rainfall on PM2.5 concentrations during the dry season and analyze rainfall produced through Weather Modification Technology interventions in Jakarta.
