note: Program Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas di Kampung Canggoang Kecamatan
Karang Tanjung Kabupaten Pandeglang di latarbelakangi oleh adanya beberapa
permasalahan, diantaranya yaitu tingkat kemiskinan yang masih tinggi, kurangnya
penggunaan MKJP, dan tingkat kelahiran yang masih tinggi. Tujuan pada penelitian
ini untuk menilai sejauhmana pencapaian hasil dari Program Kampung Keluarga
Berkualitas di Kampung Canggoang Kelurahan Juhut Kecamatan Karang Tanjung
Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini
adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deksriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data
dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data
menggunakan metode konsep Miles dan Huberman. Pengujian keabsahan data
dengan menggunakan triangulasi, membercheck, dan ethical consideration. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas (KB)
di Kampung Canggoang Kelurahan Juhut Kecamatan Karang Tanjung Kabupaten
Pandeglang sudah berjalan secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya
peningkatan klasifikasi kampung KB dari berkembang menjadi berkelanjutan.
abstract: This research aims to examine the issues regarding the Evaluation of the Quality
Family Village Program in Canggoang Village, Juhut Sub-district, Karang
Tanjung District, Pandeglang Regency. The objective of this study is to assess the
extent of the achievements of the Quality Family Village Program in Canggoang
Village, Juhut Sub-district, Karang Tanjung District, Pandeglang Regency. The
research method used in this writing is qualitative with a descriptive approach.
Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation,
which are then analyzed using interactive data analysis methods and validated
through triangulation, member check, and ethical considerations. The focus of this
study is on the Evaluation of the Quality Village Program in Canggoang Village,
Juhut Sub-district, Karang Tanjung District, Pandeglang Regency. The results of
this study indicate that the Quality Family Village Program in Canggoang Village
has not been optimally implemented. This is due to uneven training for KB village
administrators, a lack of workforce in program implementation, and inadequate
funding. Additionally, data updates at the Data House Secretariat have not been
conducted regularly, and reports from each activity group are unavailable, making
evaluation of the activities impossible. Furthermore, socialization and efforts to
encourage the community to participate in the KB Program and Long-Term
Contraceptive Methods are still very lacking. Therefore, the implementation of the
Quality Family Village Program in Canggoang requires good cooperation among
the government, KB village officials, and the community. This cooperation is
crucial to enhance the program's effectiveness to ensure its successful operation.
