The  samples in this research were managers of manufacturing companies in the district.  Tangerang as many as 21 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data  analysis techniques were carried out using the PLS program. Quantitative analysis  goes through several test stages, namely: Data Quality Test, Outer Model, and Inner  Model. The research results show that the Management Accounting System and  Risk Management have a positive effect on Company Performance, while  Environmental Uncertainty does not have a direct effect on Company Performance.
