note: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen dan Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen terhadap Kinerja Manajerial dengan Teknologi Informasi sebagai Variabel Moderasi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah Kantor Cabang (KC) Bank Umum Konvensional (BUK) dan Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) di Provinsi Banten. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan manajerial, diperoleh 53 responden dari 12 perusahaan perbankan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Stuctural Equation Modelling (SEM) melalui Partial Least Square (PLS) yang menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. 2) Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. 3) Teknologi Informasi dapat memoderasi pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. 4) Teknologi Informasi dapat memoderasi pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen terhadap Kinerja Manajerial.
abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of Management Accounting Information Systems and Management Control Systems on Managerial Performance with Information Technology as a Moderating Variable. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used is the Branch Office (KC) of Conventional Commercial Banks (BUK) and Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Banten Province. Respondents in this study were employees related to managerial activities, 53 respondents were obtained from 12 banking companies that met the criteria as research samples. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires. The analysis method used is Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of this study are: 1) Management Accounting Information System has a positive effect on Managerial Performance. 2) Management Control System has a positive effect on Managerial Performance. 3) Information Technology can moderate the effect of Management Accounting Information Systems on Managerial Performance. 4) Information Technology can moderate the effect of the Management Control System on Managerial Performance.
