The Child Protection  Law emphasizes the responsibility of child protection on various parties. Child  marriage is a serious problem with far-reaching negative impacts. Although Law  No. 16/2019 sets a minimum age limit for marriage, its implementation is still not  optimal, especially in areas with low economic and educational levels such as  Lebak District, Banten Province. This study aims to evaluate the strategy of  DP3AP2KB of Lebak Regency in reducing child marriage in Rangkasbitung  District. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a focus on  evaluating the strategy of preventing child marriage in Rangkasbitung Sub-district,  Lebak Regency, Banten. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and  literature studies, with data analysis using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana  approach. The results showed that the apparatus resources of DP3AP2KB Lebak  District are quite good but require an increase in number and quality. The  importance of effective institutionalization, adequate infrastructure and technology  is also highlighted. Efficient financial management and in-depth understanding of  regulations are also important. Suggestions include increasing the number and  quality of apparatus resources, infrastructure, better financial management, and  better understanding and implementation of regulations.
