The method used in this research is quasi-experiment using pretest-posttest control group design. The results of this study are: (1) In the results of the application of the TSTS learning model which has been carried out for three meetings by students and teachers with different materials at each meeting. the results are students carry out learning activities well and actively, and understand the learning material well as seen from the achievement of students' cognitive learning outcomes. (2) There is an effect of using the TSTS learning model on student learning outcomes. The results of the t test analysis obtained a Sig. (2-tailed) of <0.001 with significant criteria Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05. The learning outcomes of the knowledge aspects of students who use the TSTS learning model are higher than the learning outcomes of students who use the discovery learning model with the acquisition of the average posttest value of the experimental class = 83.06 and the control class = 69.65 showing the experimental class has a difference in average value of 13.41 higher than the control class. The Two stay two stray (TSTS) learning model can be used as a reference for alternative learning models in the implementation of learning history specialization material on the history of major revolutions in the world (America, France, China and Russia).
