As for the research results, first, the galatama fishing system in the MSK 120 Galatama Fishing uses an ijarah contract. In practice, it is found that there is a problem, namely regarding benefits or prizes that are not commensurate, where the prize is only given to the winner of the competition and the loser does not get anything even though they have paid the registration fee at the beginning. The prize comes from the registration fee received from the participant. race. Second, viewed from Islamic economics, the practice of galatama system fishing at the Galatama MSK 120 Fishing Center in Serang City. permitted because it does not fulfill the requirements of ijarah due to the existence and presence of maysir transactions in it.
