Industrial Management description: The general aim of this research is to test and analyze the mediating role of achievement motivation on the influence of employee transfers and internal communication on employee performance at KPP Pratama West Serang. The population in this study was all employees at KPP Pratama West Serang, totaling 90 people using employee data for 2024. Sampling used census techniques or saturated samples. The data in this research was taken using a questionnaire and analyzed using a quantitative method called Partial Least Square (PLS) and processed using the SmartPLS software program version 4. Testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was carried out using the SPSS software program version 25.
