description: This research aims to analyze the influence of CEO characteristics as proxied by CEO educational background and CEO work experience and Shareholder Power using Majority Share Ownership on Environmental Disclosures as measured based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) version of the GRI G4 Environmental section, totaling 34 items with Company Characteristics uses Profitability and Leverage as control variables. The population in this research is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS v29 application. The research results show that the CEO's Educational Background has a significantly positive and no effect on Environmental Disclosures, the CEO's Work Experience has a significantly negative and no effect on Environmental Disclosures and Majority Share Ownership has a significantly positive effect and no effect on Environmental Disclosures. The control variables Profitability and Leverage have positive no effect on environmental disclosure.
