INDORAMA TEKNOLOGIES COMPLEX KABUPATEN PURWAKARTA KECAMATAN CAMPAKA JAWA BARAT %A Ana Rihanah %I UNIVERSITAS SULTAN AGENG TIRTAYASA %O Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan implementasi program pelatihan keahlian kerja tekstil pada kinerja karyawan di PT. Indorama Teknologies Complex Kabupaten Purwakarta Kecamatan Campaka Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Kualitatif Deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi HRD PT. Indorama Teknologies Complex, Staff bidang Personalia, Trainer, dan Karyawan PT. Indorama Teknologies Complex. Instrumen Penelitian ini dibantu dengan pedoman observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Implementasi pelatihan keahlian kerja tekstil cukup baik, akan tetapi masih sedikit sulit untuk dilakukan evaluasi karena alasan pribadi dan malas (2) Untuk kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indorama Teknologies Complex cukup baik, akan tetapi beberapa karyawan baru sedikit sulit beradaptasi dengan lingkungan oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pendekatan lebih dalam agar mereka merasa nyaman di perusahaan (3) Pada tahap pelaksanaan Procces (Proses) cukup baik, karena untuk materi dan model pelatihan mudah dipahami, akan tetapi daya ingat nya cukup kurang maka dibutuhkan evaluasi dipagi hari di hari esok untuk mengingat materi yang kemarin (4) Pada evaluasi Product (Produk) sudah cukup baik karena peserta dapat cukup menguasai materi dan model pelatihan yang disampaikan, akan tetapi sedikit sulit untuk melakukan evaluasi pelatihan pada karyawan lama karena alasan tertentu dan malas. Hasil implementasi pelatihan keahlian kerja tekstil secara keseluruhan sudah cukup baik, akan tetapi masih perlu beberapa perbaikan terkait pelaksanaan pelatihan guna menghasilkan kualitas dan kuantitas karyawan yang berkompeten dan profesional. %X This study aims to describe the implementation of the implementation of textile work skills training program on employee performance at PT. Indorama Teknologies Complex, Purwakarta Regency, Campaka District, West Java. This study uses Qualitative Descriptive. The subjects of this study include HRD PT. This research instrument is assisted by observation, interview, and documentation guidelines. Then the researcher's data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) The implementation of textile work skills training is quite good, but it is still a little difficult to evaluate due to personal reasons and laziness (2) For employee performance at PT. Indorama Teknologies Complex is quite good, but some new employees have a little difficulty adapting to the environment, therefore a deeper approach is needed so that they feel comfortable in the company (3) At the implementation stage, the Process is quite good, because the material and training model are easy to understand with various prizes if anyone can explain in more detail, but their memory is quite lacking, so an evaluation is needed the next morning to remember yesterday's material (4) In the Product evaluation, it is quite good because participants can master the material and training model presented, but it is a little difficult to evaluate training for old employees for certain reasons and laziness, then the company lacks assertiveness, this can affect employee performance in the future, therefore assertiveness is needed for employees to conduct evaluations.
