description: This research aims to analyze the influence of human development,  agglomeration, investment and labor force indices on economic development  inequality in Banten province in 2018-2022. The type of data used is secondary  data provided by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Banten Province. The  data analysis techniques used are Klassen Typology, Panel Data Analysis, Panel  Data Regression Model Estimation, and Panel Data Regression Model Testing  using the Chow Test and Hausman Test. The results of this research are that the  Human Development Index (HDI) does not have a significant positive influence  on the level of economic development inequality in Banten Province in the 2018-  2022 period, so that increasing the HDI does not directly contribute to reducing  economic development inequality in the region. Agglomeration has a positive and  significant influence on the level of inequality in economic development in  Banten Province in the 2018-2022 period so that agglomeration in several regions  can strengthen inequality in economic development in the province. Investment  does not have a significant positive influence on the level of economic  development inequality in Banten Province in the 2018-2022 period, so  investment does not significantly contribute to reducing economic development  inequality in the region. The labor force does not have a significant influence on  the level of economic development inequality in Banten Province in the 2018-  2022 period, so the labor force does not directly influence the level of economic  development inequality in the region.
