A special program is also defined as a replacement, transfer of a function that is lacking or missing from an individual's abilities in order to replace or compensate for that function so that a school or special program organizer is needed to implement the special program. The aim of this research is to find out how to implement special programs for students with disabilities at SKh Al-Kautsar Cilegon. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative. The informants for this research were 1 principal and 5 teachers according to the number of categories of students with disabilities at SKh Al-Kautsar, namely; blind, mentally retarded, deaf, quadriplegic and autistic. Data was collected through documentation, interviews, observations and field notes. The data analysis used is data reduction and data presentation. The results of this research are that the management of implementing special programs for students with disabilities prioritizes student independence so that teachers create special programs that are tailored to the needs and abilities of students and these special programs are carefully selected to include student independence in everyday life. Lack of communication and coordination from parents as well as a lack of teachers has an impact on optimizing the implementation of special programs.
