description: This study aims to describe the forms of phonological errors in the speech of Down Syndrome children at Mutiara Bunda School, Cilegon. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection method used is the observation method, with basic techniques, namely tapping techniques and advanced techniques, namely fishing techniques and note-taking techniques. The data source in the research came from the oral speech of the informant as the source, namely an 8 year old Down Syndrome child. Data analysis uses the Padan method. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, 51 data were found and can be detailed as follows: (1) consonant phonemes 18 data; (2) deletion of consonant phonemes in 26 data; (3) addition of 6 data vowel phonemes; and (4) adding 1 consonant phoneme to the data.
