description: The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of trust and commitment on supplier performance in coffee shops in the city of Serang. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research. The sample in this research was selected using non-probability sampling, specifically through the saturated sample technique with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis method utilized is   Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0.9.9 version as the analytical tool. Findings of this research indicate that Trust (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Supplier Performance (Y), and Commitment (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Supplier Performance (Y).
