The purpose of this research is to examine the attitudes of teachers at SMP Citra Nusa, SMP Islam Plus Daarul Jannah, and SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi towards differentiated learning based on three components of attitude: cognitive, affective, and conative. This study employs a descriptive quantitative research design. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires, which were then used to accurately describe the results of the research. The target population for this study consisted of 68 teachers from SMP Citra Nusa, SMP Islam Plus Daarul Jannah, and SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi. A sample of 58 respondents was obtained from each school. The results and discussion reveal that regarding the cognitive factor, the majority (45% or 27 teachers) have a fairly good attitude, compared to the average score of 22.85. For the affective factor, the highest percentage falls into the fairly good category, with a total of 31 teachers (52%). In the conative factor, the fairly good category also shows a percentage of 35% (21 teachers). Conversely, the very poor category shows a percentage of 0%.
