description: Exposure to pornography in children with intellectual disabilities has  significant impacts, as it can affect the emotions and behaviors of these children, leading to sexual behavior deviations. The aim of this study is to understand the impact of pornography on the emotional and behavioral development of intellectually disabled children in Serang City using a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was ensured through data triangulation. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Exposure to pornography significantly impacts intellectually disabled children because they have difficulties understanding abstract concepts and behavioral consequences. The  main factor causing pornography exposure is easy access through smartphones and social media. Teachers play a crucial role in mitigating the negative effects by providing appropriate sex education, emphasizing privacy, and boundaries. Parents   also play a role by monitoring the types of content their children view and restricting their access to social media to protect them from negative impacts.
