The population in this study was 147 Banten Province BPBD employees, with the sample used being all 147 Banten Province BPBD employees using a saturated sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research carried out data collection based on literature study, interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. This research has the results that: Organizational Communication (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), Organizational Communication (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z), Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z), Job Satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction (Z) is able to mediate the relationship between Organizational Communication (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), and Job Satisfaction (Z) is able to mediate the relationship between the Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y).
