description: This research is research that aims to determine The Effect of Trait and Factor counseling on career decisions of Vocational High School (SMK) students. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 6 Pandeglang which is located in Banten province. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a research design, namely nonequevalent control group design. There were 2 groups in this study, namely the experimental group and the control group. Both groups in this study were given a pre-test and post-test, but only the experimental group received the Trait and Factor counseling treatment. Researchers used classes XI PPLG 1, XI PPLG 2, XI TJKT 1, and XI TJKT 2 as the population in this study. The research sample consisted of 12 students with low career decisions, where the sample was obtained using purposive sampling techniques. In this study, researchers used a Likert scale questionnaire as a data collection method. The tests carried out in this research are validity testing, reliability testing, N-Gain Score testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the hypothesis test that was carried out via SPSS 27 using the Mann-Whitney-U test, the Asymp.sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) = 0.04, then the value is <0.05, which indicates that Trait and Factor Counseling influences the career decisions of Vocational High School (SMK) students.
