The potential for cash waqf in the city of Serang is estimated at IDR 7.4 billion per year. However, the realization has only reached IDR 60 million over the last ten years. The large gap between potential and realization indicates a lack of public interest in giving cash waqf. This research aims to determine the influence of waqf literacy, religiosity, income and level of education on interest in giving cash waqf among the people of Serang city. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study was the people of Serang city. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purpose sampling method with a total of 100 samples used. The analysis tests carried out using SPSS 25 include validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple regression, t test, f test and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the results of the waqf literacy test, religiosity, income have a partial influence on interest in giving cash waqf with the ttable value of each variable > tcount and the respective value sig < 0.05. then the education level variable has no partial influence with a sig value of 0.293 > 0.05. Apart from that, the Fcount value was 40,132 > 2.47 and the Sig value was 0.00 < 0.05. So simultaneously the variables of waqf literacy, religiosity, income and level of education influence the interest in giving cash waqf among the people of Serang city.
