The aim of the research was to determine the level of effectiveness of job training at the Technical and Operational Unit of Job Training Center of Tangerang District. This research uses performance theory by Faustino Gomes with indicators of reactions, learning, behaviors, organizational result, and cost effectivity. This research used a descriptive of quantitative method. The population of this research is the participants of job training in Technical and Operational Unit of Job Training Center of Tangerang District on 2023 with a total sample of 130 people. Data analysis for this research by SPSS 25. The result of research obtained reached a percentage of 74% and included in the effective category. The suggestion for this research is Operational Unit of Job Training Center of Tangerang District needs to promote more job training programs through social media, banners/billboards and outreach at the sub-district level, and carry out further reviews regarding determining the location for holding job training, namely that it is better if the job training location is in the middle or spread across several areas of Tangerang Regency.
