Hasil analisis FTA, Faktor penyebab kecelakaan terbagi menjadi dua: unsafe condition meliputi kerusakan komponen (lampu retak, ballast rusak) dan kondisi lingkungan ekstrem (suhu, kelembaban), serta unsafe action mencakup kesalahan manusia seperti pemasangan tidak tepat dan penggunaan alat tidak sesuai spesifikasi. abstract: Safety and health at work are important aspects in the building of Steam Power Plants (PLTU), especially for high-risk hotwork activities such as welding and the use of cutting torches, where the prioritization of hotwork risk is still not fully understood by many workers. Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) is used in this investigation.approach to detect hotwork hazards in the Steam Turbine Generator (STG) area at the coal-fired power plant (PLTU). It also employs Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to determine the underlying cause of the most significant RPN problems. The study approach consists of observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires to STG employees, data analysis using FMEA, risk prioritization using the Pareto diagram, and root cause analysis using FTA. The research results identified 14 hotwork hazards. The risk of a beam lamp explosion has the highest RPN at 180, and the risk of an explosion is at 150 with a low category. With a cumulative total of 24%, the Pareto diagram shows that the risks of beam lamp explosions and explosions are the highest priorities. FTA analysis results show that the causes of accidents are divided into two categories: unsafe conditions, which include component damage (cracked lamps, faulty ballasts) and extreme environmental conditions (temperature, humidity), and unsafe actions, which include human errors such as improper installation and use of tools not according to specifications. date: 2024-11-25 date_type: published pages: 119 institution: Fakultas Teknik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa department: Teknik Industri thesis_type: sarjana thesis_name: sarjana citation: Fadhil Hilal, Muhammad (2024) PENENTUAN PRIORITAS RISIKO PEKERJAAN HOTWORK DENGAN METODE FMEA DAN FTA PADA PEMBANGUNAN PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA UAP SURALAYA.
