note: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penggunaan lahan yang optimal pada penanaman bayam dan sawi untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang maksimal dan untuk mengetahui penggunaan input produksi oleh petani di Desa Pejaten, Kecamatan Kramatwatu, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive dengan pertimbangan bahwa daerah tersebut merupakan sentra produksi sayuran daun, dan dilakukan terhadap 36 petani responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis pemrograman linier dengan bantuan perangkat lunak POM QM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata penggunaan input produksi pada usahatani sawi dan bayam, penggunaan input lahan sebesar 0,4363 hektar, benih sawi 0,438 kg, benih bayam 0,736 kg, tenaga kerja 26 HOK, pupuk urea 15,89 kg, pupuk kandang 3 kg dan NPK 1,22 kg, sedangkan pada usahatani bayam pupuk urea 14,72 kg, pupuk kandang 2,72 kg dan NPK 0,67 kg. Pestisida untuk sayuran sawi adalah brofreya 0,833 botol, curacron 0,566 botol dan agil 0,639 botol, sedangkan pada sayuran bayam adalah brofreya 0,833 botol. Pemanfaatan lahan optimal petani sawi dan bayam di Desa Pejaten dalam satu musim tanam adalah pada penanaman sawi dibandingkan bayam. Petani dapat meningkatkan produksi sayuran sawi menjadi 2.181 kg/m2 untuk mendapatkan keuntungan maksimum sebesar Rp 95.724.220 dalam satu musim tanam dengan harga yang berlaku saat itu sebesar Rp 6.000/kg. Sementara itu, penanaman sayuran bayam tidak memberikan solusi yang optimal karena harga jual bayam yang rendah.
abstract: The purpose of the study was to analyze the optimal use of land for spinach and mustard greens to obtain maximum profit and to determine the use of production inputs by farmers in Pejaten Village, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. This study was conducted purposively with the consideration that the area is the center of leaf vegetable production, and was conducted on 36 respondent farmers. This study used linear programming analysis with the help of POM QM software. The results showed that the average use of production inputs in mustard and spinach vegetable farms, the use of land inputs of 0.4363 hectares, mustard seeds 0.438 kg, spinach seeds 0.736 kg, labor 26 HOK, urea fertilizer 15.89 kg, manure 3 kg and npk 1.22 kg, while in spinach vegetables, urea fertilizer 14.72 kg, manure 2.72 kg and npk 0.67 kg. Pesticides for mustard vegetables are brofreya 0.833 bottles, curacron 0.566 bottles and agil 0.639 bottles, while spinach vegetables are brofreya 0.833 bottles. The optimal land use of mustard greens and spinach farmers in Pejaten Village in one growing season was in the planting of mustard greens compared to spinach. Farmers can increase the production of mustard vegetables to 2,181 kg/m2 in order to obtain maximum profit of Rp 95.724.220 in the growing season with the prevailing price of Rp 6,000/kg. Meanwhile, the planting of spinach vegetables does not provide an optimal solution due to the low selling price of spinach.
