This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection uses interview observation techniques and documentation. The informants for this research are students of Pancasila and Citizenship Education class 2020 and 2021 who have actively attended lectures. The results of this research show that the perception of Citizenship Education students regarding careers after graduation is very important to plan from the start, by knowing career planning from the start it is easier for students to know what steps they will take in achieving a career and students can prepare themselves to achieve a career by doing Exploration of the majors they are interested in, especially in the education major, students can explore through webinars as well as teaching activities through campus teaching programs and other activities related to the career they will choose after graduating. Students who are involved in the world of education are indeed prepared to become educators in the future, therefore students must have the interest and motivation to prepare themselves to become educators. Students' perceptions of their interest in becoming educators are influenced by their circumstances and desires.
