High schools description: In the independent curriculum, the learning tools used are teaching modules. In the preparation of teaching modules, teachers must be able to plan learning activities that can stimulate students' skills. To stimulate students' science process skills, one of the suitable methods in learning is POE. In the material Colligative properties of solutions need a deep understanding of the linking of material to applications or phenomena found in everyday life. Solutions that can be done in solving these problems through the development of teaching modules with an orientation to the POE learning model to stimulate science process skills. This research design used is research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques were carried out using literature studies, questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used Aikens index 0.75 with an error rate of 5% and used material validators and expert validators as many as eight people. The validation results obtained an overall average value of 0.89 and declared valid. Based on the results of the response to 35 students, a value of 86.5% was obtained with very good criteria. In addition, the results of observations of students' science process skills obtained an average of 86% with very good criteria.
