The study was conducted at the Physiology and Biotechnology Laboratory, Department of Agroecotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, from April to July 2024. A Randomized Block Design was used, consisting of two factors. The first factor was the concentration of BAP at levels of 0 mg/l, 1 mg/l, and 2 mg/l, while the second factor was the concentration of IAA at levels of 0 mg/l, 0.1 mg/l, and 0.2 mg/l. The results showed that the absence of BAP significantly affected the number of roots at 12 weeks after planting (WAP), with an average of 1.41 roots. Similarly, the absence of IAA significantly affected the number of roots at 8 WAP, with an average of 0.83 roots. There was an interaction between the absence of both BAP and IAA (B0I0, control) on the explant height, resulting in the best height parameters at 8 WAP and 12 WAP, measuring 1.99 cm and 2.61 cm, respectively. The number of leaves for the B0I0 (control) treatment at 8 WAP was 10 leaves, while the B1I1 treatment (BAP 1 mg/l and IAA 0.1 mg/l) had 13 leaves at 12 WAP. The number of shoots for the B1I1treatment at 8 WAP was 3.5 shoots, and for the B0I0 (control) at 12 WAP, it was 4.25 shoots.
