Students' science process skills can be trained using a learning model that involves students so that students have room to experiment, for example with a practicum-based guided inquiry learning model. This study aims to determine the differences before and after the application of the practicum-based guided inquiry learning model on science process skills on acid and base materials. This type of research is quantitative pre-experimental with pretest-posttest one group design. The sample used in the study consisted of 37 students of class XI at MAN 4 Pandeglang who were taken using purposive sampling technique. This study consists of several types of measurements in the form of teaching modules, LKPD, and KPS test questions. The research data obtained was processed by descriptive statistics using Microsoft Excel and inferential analysis such as validity, reliability, normality, and paired sample t-test to test the hypothesis using the SPSS 26.0 application. The research conducted successfully showed a difference before and after the application of the practicum-based guided inquiry learning model on students' science process skills as evidenced by the sig. (2-tailed) value in the hypothesis test of 0.000. In addition, it was also found that the percentage difference in the average value of test answers was 38%.
