Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lahan Petani Negeri Sipil, Kampung Kapundung Sabrang Kali, Desa Silebu, Kecamatan Kragilan, Kabupaten Serang, pada bulan Juni 2024 sampai dengan Agustus 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) factorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi pemberian pupuk organik cair (K) yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu 20 ml/L (K1), 22,5 ml/L (K2), dan 25 ml/L (K3). Faktor kedua adalan interval waktu pemberian pupuk organik cair (W) yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu 1 kali/minggu (W1), 2 kali/minggu (W2), dan 3 kali/minggu (W3). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali ulangan, maka diperoleh 27 kombinasi perlakuan. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah buah per tanaman, bobot buah per tanaman, panjang buah, dan diameter buah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pemberian pupuk organik cair dengan konsentrasi 22,5 ml/L memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman 4 MSPT, 5 MSPT, jumlah buah per tanaman, bobot buah per tanaman, dan panjang buah. Pemberian pupuk organik cair dengan interval waktu 1 kali/minggu memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter jumlah buah per tanaman dan bobot buah per tanaman. Terdapat interaksi antara kombinasi perlakuan pemberian pupuk organik cair dengan konsentrasi 20 ml/L dan interval waktu 1 kali/minggu terhadap parameter diameter buah. abstract: The objective of this study was to determine the growth response and yield of eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) as affected by the optimal concentration and application interval of liquid organic fertilizer. The research was conducted at Petani Negeri Sipil Land, Kapundung Sabrang Kali Village, Silebu Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, from June 2024 to August 2024. The study employed a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (K), which included three levels: 20 ml/L (K1), 22.5 ml/L (K2), and 25 ml/L (K3). The second factor was the application interval of liquid organic fertilizer (W), which also consisted of three levels: once a week (W1), twice a week (W2), and three times a week (W3). Each treatment was replicated three times, resulting in 27 treatment combinations. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit length, and fruit diameter. The results of the study indicated that the application of liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 22.5 ml/L had the best effect on plant height at 4 and 5 weeks after planting, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, and fruit length. The application of liquid organic fertilizer once a week yielded the best results for the number of fruits per plant and fruit weight per plant.
