The unemployment rate is still high amidst high  economic growth, there is a lack of awareness among members regarding the  collaboration process, and a lack of active participation from companies regarding  collaboration. This research aims to find out more about Collaborative Governance  in Overcoming Unemployment in the City of Tangerang by using descriptive  qualitative research. Using primary data collection techniques with observation  and interviews as well as documentation. This research uses secondary data  collection techniques with documents and other secondary data sources. This  research is based on the Collaborative Governance theory from Ansel and Gash  (2002:7) which consists of 4 key elements, namely: Initial conditions, Institutional  Design, Facilitative Leadership, and Collaboration Process.  The results of this research show that Collaborative Governance in Overcoming  Unemployment in Tangerang City is still not optimal.
