description: This research was aimed to know the growth responded of durian seedlings to the administration of several doses of lamtoro green fertilizer and AB mix concentrations. This research was carried out at the Experimental Field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, from December 2023 until April 2024. The research methods used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisted of two factors, namely lamtoro green manure dosages and concentration of AB mix nutrition. The first factor was the dosages of lamtoro green manure on 3 levels, including 0 g/polybag; 100 g/polybag; and 200 g/polybag. The second factor was concentration AB mix nutrition consisting of on 5 levels, including 0 ppm; 750 ppm; 1.500 ppm; 2.250 ppm; and 3.000 ppm. Based on the research results, it showed that lamtoro green manure with dose of 200 g/polybag provides influenced best to amount number of leaves parameters at the ages of 8 and 10 Weeks After Application (WAA), plant heights parameters at 2 WAA, 4 WAA, 6 WAA, and 8 WAA. Whereas giving nutrition AB Mix with concentration of 750 ppm had the best effect on plant height at 10 WAA, and a concentration of 3.000 ppm had the best effect on the greenness of durian seedling leaves at 10 WAA. There was an interaction between the dose of lamtoro green manure and the nutrient concentration of AB mix on the greenness parameters of durian seedling leaves at 10 WAA.
