description: This research describes how Victim Blaming occurs in victims of sexual harassment on campus, the occurrence of sexual harassment in the college environment both verbally and or non- verbally. this research method is qualitative research with descriptive methods, which consists of research techniques, coding techniques, data collection techniques, data validity checking techniques, data analysis techniques, research instruments, research data sources, research data, and research schedule. There are 4 informants consisting of 2 key informants who are students who are victims of sexual harassment and 2 additional informants, namely members of the Task Force for the Protection of Sexual Violence Prevention and Association Justice Legal Rakyat Banten  The results showed that victims of sexual harassment experienced victim blaming in the college environment can be seen from Kelley s Theory of Attribution. In this theory, it is explained about the schemes and models that individuals can use to infer an event that depends on having 3 complete information, namely Distingtion, Consistency and Consensus. The conclusion of the results of research and observation shows that as a result of victim blaming on victims of sexual harassment there are physical and psychological impacts, in all its forms, the victim is the party who suffers as a result of the perpetrators actions. Losses borne by victims can be in the form of financial losses, negative psychological impacts, and other losses both permanently and temporarily that affect the lives of victims of sexual harassment.
