The strength of the MSME sector is said to be able to support the nation's economy so that MSME players must also experience development by one way of utilizing the intellectual property sector, namely brands. Collective brands can be a solution for MSME actors to ease the registration process because they are carried out together, therefore the OVOB program is here to encourage registration of collective brand protection aimed at MSME actors who produce regional superior products. Sindangheula Village is a broom stick center that is registering its collective brand through the OVOB program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of collective brand protection through the OVOB program and efforts that can be made through the OVOB program for the development of MSMEs Sapu Lidi Sindangheula Village, Pabuaran District, Serang Regency. The theories used in this study are legal protection theory and progressive legal theory. The method used in this study is normative-empirical by collecting secondary data and primary data, namely collecting existing documents and interview results and analyzing them with descriptive-qualitative methods. The results of this study show that the OVOB program can encourage the implementation of collective brand protection, because through this program village MSMEs get knowledge about brand protection that can be used together.
