description: This observation aims to determine the ability of Bank BJB KC Special   Banten in generating profits in the 2019 - 2023 period when viewed from the   analysis of ROA, ROE and BOPO ratios, to determine the health of financial   performance at Bank BJB KC Special Banten seen from the analysis of ROA,   ROE, and BOPO in the 2019 – 2023 period and the efforts made by Bank BJB KC   Special Banten in maintaining healthy financial performance. The observation   method used is descriptive qualitative. Observation results show that the profits   obtained by Bank BJB Special Branch Banten still fluctuate every year. In terms   of ROA and ROE, profit over five years was still unable to exceed the standard,   while BOPO managed to exceed the standard overall for five periods. From   observations of the results that have been carried out using ROA and ROE   calculations, the overall health of financial performance is in a healthy, quite   healthy and unhealthy position, while BOPO is in a very healthy condition based   on SEBI 2011. As for the efforts of Bank BJB Banten Special Branch in   maintaining health its financial performance by increasing credit distribution   activities, increasing Third Party Funds (DPK), increasing fee-based income,   improving services, increasing product maintenance, and developing   digitalization products.
