The aim is to analyse the factors that influence their interest in becoming teachers in the Sociology Education Study Program at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The population of this study were 218 respondents with a sample of 142 respondents. While the sampling technique uses a proportionate stratified random sampling approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the interest in becoming a teacher in students of the Sociology Education Study Programme, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University was in the interested category with a percentage in the 2020 batch of students, namely 62%, in the 2021 batch of students, namely 72%, and in the 2022 batch of students, namely 52%. The highest indicator in the class of 2020 is the affective aspect indicator 67%, the class of 2021 the cognitive aspect indicator 62%, and the class of 2022 the social environment indicator 58%.
