The population in this study was all teaching staff at SMKN 2 Serang City, totaling 112 employees with a sample of 85 respondents using simple random sampling. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research carried out data collection based on data archives, literature studies, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.2.0 analysis tool.
