This   research has the results that Transformational Leadership (X1) has a positive and   significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), Training (X2) has a positive and   significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), Transformational Leadership (X1)   has a positive and significant effect on Competence (Z) , Training (X2) has a positive   and significant effect on Competency (Z), Competency (Z) has a positive and   significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), Transformational Leadership (X2)   has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) through   Competency (Z) and Training (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee   Performance (Y) through Competency (Z).
