The average consumption of tofu per capita in Indonesia in 2022 is 0.152 kg per week. Production activities will not run without tools or factors that influence production. The relationship between production factors has a very strong relationship in influencing production. Tofu craftsmen in Pejaten Village produce in different quantities, this is due to the availability of production factors, such as the amount of capital owned and the increasing price of raw materials. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The number of samples is 30 respondents. The results of the t-test show that the variables of capital, labor and raw materials have a positive effect on tofu production, but the fuel variable has a negative effect on tofu production. The results of the f-test show that together the variables of capital, labor, raw materials and fuel have an effect on tofu production. The results of the R2 test of 0,878 indicate that the variables of capital, labor, raw materials, and fuel as a whole have an influence of 87,8% on tofu production.
