These problems include book media which is the main source for students when carrying out science learning, school infrastructure is not used optimally, and there is a lack of training for teachers to make interesting learning videos. This research aims to develop science learning videos through the Zepeto Kinemaster application to improve student learning outcomes on water cycle material in elementary schools, determine the feasibility of learning video media created as a learning support tool for students, determine students' responses to the media being developed, and find out how to improve student learning outcomes through developed learning videos. This research uses research methodology Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model development procedure (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The media feasibility results carried out by the media expert team and the material expert team showed that the feasibility of the science learning video media from the media expert team got a score of 86.6%, the feasibility assessment according to the material experts got an average score of 89.5%. Students' responses to science learning video media showed a positive response with an average score of 97%. The increase in student learning outcomes in the water cycle material showed good improvement with a score of 0.8. The assessment instrument was carried out by a team of experts and student responses were obtained using a questionnaire that had previously been validated by instrument experts. So it can be concluded that this research produced a science learning video media product through the Zepeto Kinemaster application to improve student learning outcomes on water cycle material in elementary schools. The feasibility percentage of media experts is in the "Very Valid" category, material experts are in the "Very Valid" category, student responses to learning media are in the "Very Valid" category, and student learning outcomes are in the "High" category.
