description: The Binuangeun Fish Landing Base (PPI) is the largest fishing port that is a capture  fisheries center in Lebak Regency and South Banten Province. The production of  fish caught at PPI Binuangeun in 2020 was 2,483.8 tons. There are four types of  fishing gear operating at PPI Binuangeun, namely millennial gill nets (52 units),  fishing rods (54 units), bottom gillnet (61 units) and purse seine (5 units). Bottom  Gillnet are the dominant fishing tool used by fishermen at PPI Binuangeun. This  study aims to analyze the feasibility level of the Bottom Gillnet fishery business in  PPI Binuangeun.  The method used in this study is a case study method which was carried out in April  2024 – May 2024, located at PPI Binuangeun, Banten Province. The aspects studied  consist of technical and economic aspects. This study uses a purposive sampling  method, with data analysis used Payback Period, Reveneu Cost Ratio, Net Present  Value, and profit. The results of this study show that the bottom gillnet fishery  business in PPI Binuangeun, Banten Province is feasible to be developed because  it has a profit of Rp. 64,545,833.50 and a relatively short return on investment (8.83  months). A positive NPV value and having income per trip is able to become the  capital for the operation of the next trip, so that the bottom gillnet fishery business  at PPI Binuangeun is worthy of continuing.
