However,   an international survey in the Americas says that the most feared thing for humans is   public speaking, which trumps the fear of death. Currently, many institutions provide   public speaking training, one of which is Miss Model School which is the most   complete modeling and public speaking school in Jabodetabek, uniquely this institution   has a dream to make its graduates become independent women. The researcher is   interested in researching the Urgency of public speaking material in the Miss Model   School Institute to produce independent women with a qualitative approach that is   studied based on persuasive communication theory berlo and model elaboration. This   research uses interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques.   The results of the study explain that public speaking material is needed to form an   independent woman.
