The analysist technique is used multiple linear regression analysis and the total respondents is 50 respondents. The respondent is taken by accidental sampling method. The result of the research are price (X1), product (X2), place (X3) and promotion (X4) variables give the simultaneous effect toward purchasing decision of Kang Firman brand duck satai. Price (X1) and promotion (X4) variables have a partially effect on purchasing decision (Y) of Kang Firman brand duck satai, Meanwhile product (X2) and place (X3) variable is has no partially effect on purchasing decision (Y) of Kang Firman brand duck satai. The significant value of price (X1) and promotion (X4) is 0.000 of each variables. The product (X2) variable has significant value equal to 0,284.
