Industrial Management description: This research aims to determine the influence of the level of discipline and organizational culture on the performance of millennial employees with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Egle Nice. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used in this research was 200 employees of PT. Egle Nice. The sample used in this research was all 87 millennial generation employees using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS analysis tool version 4.0. The results of this research show that: (1) the level of discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial employees. (2) the level of discipline has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial employees. (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial employees. (6) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between the level of discipline and millennial work performance positively but not significantly. (7) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and the performance of millennial employees positively and significantly.
