The data collection in this study was carried out by   observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data validity technique   The data validity techniques used are Source Triangulation and Technique Triangulation. Analysis   data analysis in this study using Miles and Huberman's theory with the help of ATLAS.ti.9 software.   software ATLAS.ti.9.  The findings of this study include (1) The PKL Implementation Process   includes the role of the school in the PKL program, the application of the curriculum in the PKL program, technical & mechanism for implementing PKL.   PKL program, technical & mechanism of PKL implementation, PKL assessment mechanism, PKL graduation standards, the relationship between the application of   PKL graduation standards, the relationship between the application of learning media and student needs,   challenges & solutions to the implementation of PKL, as well as school expectations regarding the development of the PKL program.
