Adapun tujuan penelitian ini (1) Mengetahui proses pelaksanaan PKL pada Kompetensi Keahlian TITL di SMKN 4 Kota Serang, (2) Mengetahui Standar yang diterapkan Kompetensi Keahlian TITL pada Program PKL, (3) Mengetahui tingkat relevansi standar kompetensi yang diterapkan di SMKN 4 Kota Serang dengan dunia industri. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus deskriptif. Penentuan narasumber pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling diantaranya Wakasek Bid. Kurikulum, Wakasek Bid. Hubin, Kepala Jurusan TITL, Guru Mata Pelajaran Produktif TITL, dan Peserta Didik. Adapun pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu Triangulasi Sumber dan Triangulasi Teknik. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman dengan bantuan software ATLAS.ti.9. Adapun temuan penelitian ini diantaranya (1) Proses Pelaksanaan PKL meliputi peran sekolah pada program PKL, penerapan kurikulum pada program PKL, teknis \& mekanisme pelaksanaan PKL, mekanisme penilaian PKL, standar kelulusan PKL, hubungan penerapan media pembelajaran dengan kebutuhan siswa, tantangan \& solusi pelaksanaan PKL, serta harapan sekolah terkait pengembangan program PKL. (2) Penerapan Standar Kompetensi TITL terdiri dari standar pembelajaran, pengaruh pembelajaran pada kompetensi siswa, dan upaya sekolah dalam pengembangan mutu. (3) Tingkat Relevansi Standar Kompetensi Keahlian TITL dipengaruhi dua faktor yaitu relevansi kompetensi keahlian dengan pelaksanaan PKL dan konsep pengintegrasian kurikulum sekolah dengan kebutuhan industri. includes the role of the school in the PKL program, the application of the curriculum in the PKL program, technical \& mechanism for implementing PKL.
