The planning carried out estimates the cost and scheduling of the project. When planning can also bring up a critical path to see the work that must be prioritized. On the critical path can also be accelerated (crashing). Acceleration (crashing) is a method to accelerate the planning or implementation of work, so as not to exceed the planning limit or accelerate projects that look late at the time of implementation. This study aims to determine the cost and time after acceleration (crashing). The analysis in this study uses the precedence critical method (PDM), the selection of the method is due to the fact that in the project scheduling there is a schedule that is carried out in the middle of the previous work or work that is being carried out, so the precedence critical method (PDM) method is determined. The results of this study obtained the duration of acceleration using additional labor and overtime working hours also resulted in a faster project time duration of 12 days for the total cost of labor wages acceleration using additional labor obtained cheaper by 2.3%, while the total cost of labor wages acceleration using additional overtime working hours obtained more expensive by 8.99% and for the direct cost results obtained increased by Rp. 4,805,000 and the results on indirect costs amounted to Rp. 302,767,862., while the acceleration using the system of adding overtime working hours obtained the results of direct costs increased by Rp.278,275,187 and the results on indirect costs amounted to Rp. 302,767,862. As for this research, it was carried out on the work items of pembesian work and concrete work on the foundation, column & wall and making access roads.
