%T DAMPAK PEMBANGUNAN BENDUNGAN SINDANGHEULA PADA PEREKONOMIAN PROVINSI BANTEN: ANALISIS INPUT-OUTPUT

%X This research identifies the impact of changes in the shock variable that occurred  in 2019 on economic conditions in the Banten Province region. This analysis also  identifies the condition of linkages between regional economic sectors, as well as  identifying the region's leading sectors. The main data in this analysis is the 2016  Input-Output (I-O) table for the Banten Province region. Domestic Transactions  Based on Producer Prices (17 Business Fields). The analytical method used is the  General Balance Analysis method. The results of the analysis explain that the  regional economy of Banten Province shows a condition of inter-sector linkages,  apart from that the construction of the Sindangheula Dam is included in the  Construction sector which has a future linkage value of IDR 0.310312, while the  direct and indirect future linkage value is 1.370377 percent. Apart from that, the  value of direct backward linkages is IDR 0.258138, while the value of direct and  indirect backward linkages is 1.337642 percent. The values for the  absorption capacity and sensitivity of the Construction sector are 1.001492 and  1.026001 respectively. Furthermore, the economic impact due to the construction  of the Sindangheula Dam was IDR 612,640.17 or 0.05 percent. %Z Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dampak perubahan variabel shock yang terjadi  pada tahun 2019 pada kondisi perekonomian di wilayah Provinsi Banten. Analisisini juga mengidentifikasi mengenai kondisi keterkaitan antar sektor ekonomi  wilayah, juga mengidentifikasi sektor unggulan wilayah. Data utama dalamanalisis ini adalah tabel Input-Output (I-O) tahun 2016 wilayah Provinsi BantenTransaksi Domestik Atas Dasar Harga Produsen (17 Lapangan Usaha). Metodeanalisis yang digunakan adalah metode Analisis Keseimbangan Umum. Hasil  analisis menjelaskan bahwa dalam perekonomian wilayah Provinsi Bantenmenunjukkan kondisi keterkaitan antar sektor, selain itu pembangunan BendunganSindangheula termasuk dalam sektor Kontruksi yang memiliki nilai keterkaitankedepan sebesar Rp 0.310312, sedangkan nilai keterkaitan ke depan langsungdantidak langsung sebesar 1.370377 persen. Selain itu, nilai keterkaitan ke belakanglangsung sebesar Rp 0.258138, sedangkan nilai keterkaitan ke belakang langsngdan tidak langsung sebesar 1.337642 persen. Adapun nilai daya serapdankepekaan sektor Kontruksi masing-masing sebesar 1.001492 dan 1.026001. Selanjutnya, dampak ekonomi akibat adanya pembangunan BendunganSindangheula menunjukkan sebesar Rp 612.640,17 atau 0,05 persen.
