The method used in this research is a quantitative method using the Eviews V9 application. The data collection technique uses secondary data in the form of data from the Annual Report on Ar-Rahn financing, Ar-rum Financing on gold prices and the Covid-19 pandemic taken from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website andmetalmulia.com. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The classic assumption test consists of (1) normality test using the Kolmogorov test (2) multicollinearity test using the Tolerance and Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) (3) heteroscedasticity test using the test and (4) autocorrelation test using the Run Test. Then the data is explained, explained and discussed to answer the problems raised. The results showed that partially Rahn had a positive effect on pawnshop profit. partially Arrum has an effect on pawnshop profit prolehan. Gold prices have no effect on pawnshop profits, Covid-19 has no effect on pawnshop profits. Rahn, Arrum, the price of gold, covid-19 together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on Profit Gains from Islamic Pawnshops for the 2020-2022 period.
