%O Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh integrasi rantai pasok (IRP) terhadap kinerja operasional (KO) dimoderasi oleh kualitas informasi (KI). Penelitian terdiri dari variabel independen yaitu integrasi rantai pasok, variabel dependen yaitu kinerja operasional, dan variabel moderasi yaitu kualitas informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel IRP terhadap variabel KO dengan variabel KI sebagai moderator. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap usaha mikro tekstil yang berada di Kecamatan Tanah Abang Kota Jakarta Pusat dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh integrasi rantai pasok terhadap kinerja operasional terbukti positif dan signifkan. Lalu pengaruh kualitas informasi terhadap kinerja operasional terbukti positif dan signifikan. Selain itu, kualitas informasi terbukti negatif dan tidak signifikan sehingga memperlemah hubungan antara integrasi rantai pasok terhadap kinerja operasional.

%X This research examines the effect of supply chain integration (IRP) on operational performance (KO) moderated by information quality (KI). The research consists of supply chain integration as an independent variable, operational performance as a dependent variable, and information quality as a moderating variable. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the IRP variable and the KO variable with the KI variable as a moderator. Tests were carried out on textile micro businesses located in Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta City with a total of 100 samples. This research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method using SmartPLS version 4.0. The research results show that the influence of supply chain integration on operational performance has proven to be positive and significant. Then the influence of information quality on operational performance is proven to be positive and significant. In addition, information quality is proven to be negative and insignificant, thereby weakening the relationship between supply chain integration and operational performance.
