description: Household consumption is the main economic activity that determines economic welfare and accounts for a large part of the income that can be used by households at the microeconomic level. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of non-cash payment systems on household consumption in Indonesia. This research uses time series data using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) research method. The results of this research show that in the long term and short term the variables of electronic money, debit cards, credit cards, inflation and income have an influence on household consumption. The results of the Impulse Response Function show that there are variables with shocks that are responded negatively by Household Consumption, namely, Electronic Money, Debit Cards and Credit Cards. Meanwhile, the variables that provide shocks to which Household Consumption responds positively are Inflation and Income. The Variance Decompostion results show that the variable with the largest percentage contribution is Income, the variables with the next largest contribution are inflation, debit cards, credit cards and electronic money.
