XYZ This research aims to identify the workload in each position, determine the optimal number of workers, and map employee competencies in each position based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI). In collecting data, interviews were conducted at 6 positions at LLC. XYZ The results of this research obtained positions with a workload in the underload category were Branch Manager, Administration & Finance, and Procurement Staff, positions with an overload workload were Procurement Staff, from the results of the FTE value also obtained the optimal number of workers from the existing conditions of 10 people and the number of proposed workers is 9 people, because it is necessary to add additional employees to the position of Procurement Staff after competency mapping based on the KKNI, this position is at level 5 or has the right to be filled with education attaining a minimum of Associate Degree.
